I am an integrative psychosomatic coach and counseling therapist dedicated to trauma recovery and emotional healing.
I’ll help you move through patterns of overwhelm, stagnation, and disconnection. What you’re feeling has a story—and together, we can create the space for healing, insight, and sustainable change.
